I think the charm in the Ichikawa Rose Garden creations is that they exude a decidedly female attractiveness.

What I mean is that there are flowers that express our strong personalities as well as those that hint at our hidden mysteries. No two have the same color or shape.
Working with these roses is very much like interacting with people. That's why I ascribe to the idea of treasuring every encounter. I want to make the most of every minute.
When you open a box of newly arrived roses, you're mesmerized by a charming fragrance.
Then you see how they come alive as if unleashed when you put them in water.
The rose in full bloom is simply graceful, free, full of the strength of the earth, always playing on our heartstrings. It is my mission to arrange these roses to show their charm to as many people as possible. Truly sublime.
